Palm Sunday 8:30am service celebrating and praising Jesus with a parade led by our children!

We had a wonderful turnout on Christmas Eve where we enjoyed singing carols and hymns, the children performed the Christmas story, and we finished the evening with a beautiful open communion and candlelighting service.
|
|
|
In December, we hosted our annual Manger Tree & Christmas Store event providing gifts and a full breakfast to nearly 100 individuals in need from our local community. Take a look at our crew of faithful volunteers gearing up for a wonderful flurry of greeting folks, wrapping gifts, serving breakfast, photographing kids with Santa, helping kids pick out presents for their parents and teachers, and generally making new friends throughout our Raymore/Belton community. This is one way our church family aims to fulfill the vision: To know and love God by practicing the Gospel - Welcoming, Serving, and Caring for all people.

Vacation Bible School in August: this year's theme was "Animal Crackers", in alignment with our youth ministry's year-long service project supporting Heifer International.
We ate, we sang, we played games, we did crafts, we learned, we played with animals, we made new friends, and we love Jesus! |

On Sunday August 21st, we enjoyed a delicious potluck and fun "getting-to-know-you" fellowship event. Looks like everyone of all ages had a great time! |
A new martial arts group for adults and children (ages 6+) meets at the church on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday evenings at 7:00pm. Newcomers are always welcome to attend a class - no prior experience needed.
